This page is for group full festival admission including meals Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.    The group must consist of at least 3 people.  This is a special arrangement for any group of people age 21 through 35 -- designed to allow friends to come with a group of people they know.  All reservations at this special rate must be in by October 15, 2011 and the number of tickets at these rates is limited.  Regular ticket sales are at: http://eisteddfod.eventbrite.com

Join us for a fabulous weekend gathering of musicians and singers;  3 concerts, 20 workshops, ballad swap, open mic, jamming, and more.  The festival features performers who are representatives of the living ethnic traditions, and performers who have become steeped in those traditions. The Hudson Valley Resort, www.hudsonvalleyresort.com/ situated in lovely countryside, has an indoor pool, exercise room, and spa (extra charges may apply).  Getting there - we offer help in organizing carpooling and.there is bus service to Kerhonkson.

Payment in full is required with reservation. All but $15 is refundable until 10/1/11. All but $50 is refundable until 10/22/11. No refunds after that date, unless space is filled.

The word “Eisteddfod” is Welsh. It connotes a gathering of poets and musicians, and there is a large Eisteddfod every year in Wales. The name was adopted by Howard Glasser, the founder of the American Eisteddfod, when he began these gatherings of singers and musicians four decades ago.
